These terms govern your use of EasyPark. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. About EasyPark
EasyPark is an independently built community parking tool for UT Dallas students and visitors. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by The University of Texas at Dallas. Official signs, permits, university rules, and instructions from campus officials always control.
2. Parking information
Availability reports, walking estimates, suggested lots, rankings, and backup options are informational estimates. Conditions can change quickly. EasyPark does not reserve spaces or guarantee that a space is available, lawful for your permit, safe, or accessible.
You are responsible for checking posted signs, permit restrictions, time limits, fees, closures, and accessibility requirements before parking.
3. Community contributions
You may submit a parking location, availability status, permit or space type, note, optional display name, and optional photo. Contributions are displayed publicly and may appear in the community feed or leaderboard.
Only submit content you created or have permission to share. Do not post faces, readable license plates, contact information, private information, harassment, unlawful content, or intentionally false reports.
4. Permission to display content
You keep ownership of your contribution. By submitting it, you give EasyPark a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup and legal retention.
5. Moderation
EasyPark may remove, limit, or refuse content that violates these terms, creates risk, is outdated, or harms the service or community. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the site or other users.
6. Third-party services
The site links to UT Dallas resources and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. EasyPark is not responsible for third-party content, directions, availability, or conduct.
7. Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, EasyPark disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for parking citations, towing, property loss, injury, missed classes or appointments, or other losses caused by reliance on the service.
8. Applicable law and local rules
Texas law governs these terms, without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived. Users must also follow applicable federal law, city and county ordinances, UT Dallas parking rules, posted restrictions, permit terms, fire-lane rules, and accessibility requirements at the location where they park.
Because parking conditions and jurisdictional boundaries vary, the law and posted rules at the physical location always control over information displayed by EasyPark.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the service changes. The updated date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Business details and contact
EasyPark is an independent community parking information service operating from Richardson, Texas. It is not affiliated with UT Dallas. See the Business Details page or send questions and content-removal requests to harshath.mylswamy27@gmail.com.
